Complete set of 100 "The Saint Trading Cards" (pictured right) issued by Cards Inc 2003. New, unwrapped. The set is based on the original UK TV series featuring Roger Moore as Simon Templar. The set offers episode guides, which provides information about each episode along with a great image on the card front that corresponds. A MUST for all fans. Other great subjects covered in this set include Damsels in Distress, The Ungodly, The Saint in Action, and Saintly trivia. There's a great section devoted to Guest Stars, which highlights the episodes featuring Honor Blackman, Shirley Eaton, Phillip Madoc, Kate O'Mara, Jean Marsh, Warren Mitchell, Barry Morse, Andrew Sachs, and Peter Wyngarde! There's also a great subset showing some behind-the-secenes images of the cast relaxing, promoting the series, joking around, and more. Somportex produced a monochrome set of 72 cards in the 1960s, and these come next. There were two editions (same pictures). Some are numbered with an X in the bottom right corner and have blank backs (2¾" x 1¾"). The slightly larger (3" x 2¼") UK edition says "Number x in a series of 72" and has a competition with a closing date of Feb 1967 on the back - (see bottom of page for details). These cards are priced from £1 to £6 each. You can hover over cards to see price in internet explorer.

This ring (right) was given to children who sent in 12 bubble gum wrappers which entitled them to enter a competition advertised on the back of Somportex bubble gum cards (see left).		 The Saint ring


This is a genuine unopened pack of 1966 gum which has been professionally sealed in a clear plastic tamper-evident case by Global Authentication Inc. It has their serial number 10362609. It is offered here for £45 post free to anywhere.
